I ask this before on here but will try again. Just bugs me I can't remember.
An older probably early 90s police procedural, ITV or BBC feel. The suspect/killer is an skinny, kinda crazy looking older guy - the actor I have seen in other things but not enough that I know who he is, obviously.
He has to take care of someone even older, probably his father and says to him (or close)
"Pizza, what is the big deal, it's just cheese and tomato on toast, right?"
Would love to know what program. I know it is dumb but as I said just bugs me.
